Puy L'Eveque throughout the summer plays host to lots of festivals both music, wine or theatre, even Shakespeare! You can see the timetable of open air performances in August on the theatre group's web site.

Also in August there is a spectacular fire work display celebrates the English leaving the area in the Middle Ages. Book a meal at Le Pigeonnier and sit and watch the display whilst enjoying a meal.

The Cahors Wine festival takes place every year in the village and rustic meals follow, with singing and dancing beside the river till very late!
